In this article, we will explain the process and required documents.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\">The Final Step in the Sale Transaction<\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The last step in securing your new home is the registration of ownership rights at the <a href=\"https:\/\/script_transfer_new.mowfns.ap-southeast-2.wpstaqhosting.com\/en\/israeli-real-estate-terms\/\">Land Registry Bureau<\/a>. The registration is done by the buyer\u2019s lawyer using documents forwarded to him by the seller\u2019s lawyer after payment of the balance to the seller. This is yet another reason why it is important to have a good real estate lawyer. Within a few days, your lawyer should be notified of the approval, or of the reasoning that the approval failed. In rare cases, approval will not be possible, such as when purchasing a construction site.
